This stylish and truly lovely apartment on 2 floors in an old merchants house is on a sloping historic pedestrian street in the centre of the old town of Dinan, next to the ramparts.
The house is full of period detail with high ceilings allowing a sense of space and light. Perfect for any season, it has a sun-trap private courtyard to relax in and central heating for chillier days.
From the comfortable sitting room a spiral staircase leads up to the first floor. The beautifully appointed master bedroom captures the morning sun and has a delightfully romantic four-poster bed. The charming single room is furnished with French verve and overlooks a peaceful lawn. The bathroom has a long bath with shower over.
La Maison Blanche is convenient for shops, markets, bakeries and restaurants. The historic river port lies at the bottom of the street with wonderful walks and boat trips locally.
There is parking opposite and the spectacular coast is a 20 minute drive away.
Dinan is half an hour by car from St Malo, Brittany Ferries.
