There is something for everyone, your own swimming pool. The CROFT has a exclusive coarse fishing pool, theres use of the  tennis court and there is a full size pool table, bikes for the more adventurous, table tennis, childrens play area with trampoline, and plenty of room to swing a golf club or 2, play football, cricket etc.

The cottages are renovated and furnished to a very high standard. Situated in a small hamlet, Le Claray is approx 4km from the picturesque village of St-Aubin-de-Châteaux which has all the amenities you would want, minimarket, bar, chemist, Post Office, bakers, butchers and brocante to browse in. There is also an equestrian centre nearby for the more adventurous.

Just 5 mins from Le Claray is a superb lake, the Hunaudiere, with a great crêperie and bar where you can sit by the lake with a crêpe and a beer and just relax. The historic town of Châteaubriant is just 12km, Nantes, Redon approx 45 mins and the coast (La Baule) is approx 1 hour.

Large lounge with 3 sofas, English tv, dvd player, music system. Kitchen/diner with everything you need for a fantastic holiday, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, microwave etc. Patio doors leading on to covered patio with table and chairs where you can have all your meals, bbq.

Theres also your own private swimming pool (30ft x 15ft) with plenty of sunloungers.

2km from Hunters Retreat, Mark has a 5 acre carp fishing lake - new for 2009 and is completely private and set in the middle of a forest.  

Night fishing is allowed. We allow microbarbed hooks only, no lead core and no trebles. No live baiting, particules if prepped correctly, boiles etc. Bbqs are allowed at the lakeside.
