Set in idyllic surroundings, amongst farmland with its on-site river for fishing (licence available from local bar/minimarket approx 30 Euros), La Pillerie offers peace and tranquillity. The Farmhouse has its own pool and the Cottage with its Studio annex have a further private pool. Both pools have secure fencing with entrance gate.  Bikes available on-site, table tennis etc, childrens swings, outdoor/indoor games, all free for our clients. La Pillerie is a few minutes drive away from Ercé-en-Lamée where you will find the local bar, restaurant, lake, minimarket, Post Office and church etc.

The village of Teillay, Bain-de-Bretagne and the market town of Chateaubriant are all within a short distance as are swing golf, fishing lakes, theatre, boating, horse riding etc. Bed linen, tea towels and toilet rolls are included in the price but please bring your own bath/swimming towels. All electric, water and gas are free of charge.

The Farmhouse . A 3 bedroom detached property sleeping 6. Master bedroom with en suite, double and twin beds, large bathroom with shower over bath with separate wc. Downstairs open plan kitchen/diner with large gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microgrill, fully equipped with plenty of crockery etc, table and chairs. Lounge area with settees, sat/tv/dvd. Seperate wc. Patio area with table, chairs and bbq.

The Cottage. Large lounge with logburner, sat tv dvd player, 3 piece suite, exposed beams. Large kitchen/diner with large cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, kitchen table and chairs. Downstairs shower room including washbasin and wc. Patio area with barbecue, table and chairs. 

Upstairs . Family bathroom with bath/shower over, washbasin, wc.

Bedroom 1. Double bed and single bed.

Bedroom 2. Twin beds.

Bedroom 3. Bunk beds

The Studio Annexe. For the larger families booking the Cottage, the Studio offers the extra accommodation that may be required. It has an open plan design, dining and kitchen area with table, chairs, bed-settee, fridge, electric hotplate, micro/oven, sink etc. Sat tv/dvd,  table and chairs. Sleeping area with double bed. Concealed shower room, wc and washbasin. Outside, own patio area, barbecue, table and chairs.

Travelcot and highchair available for all properties, please request at time of booking.

The Farmhouse has private pool, the Cottage and Studio annexe  share the second private pool, all clients share the play area for children with swings etc. Bikes available on-site to explore local countryside. On-site river fishing - some rods supplied (licence required - purchased locally) for carp, trout and bream.
