Accommodation is on the ground floor. One double and 1 twin bedroom, lounge/dining room, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine, sofabed, tv/video/dvd, fridge-freezer.

Outside. Private garden and patio overlooking horses field, with table, chairs and bbq. Well off the road with plenty of parking. Solar heated pool with surrounding patio, & on entering the property there is a small fishing pond.

Cultural visits

For a dive into history, there is the château of Angers with its Apocalypse tapestries, and within 35km more than 12 other châteaux open in summer.

Local interests

The 'Mine Bleu' opens its doors and takes you down into the heart of the slate mining era, and on a small train you can discover how life was. Or visit 'La Petite Couere' - an interesting voyage in time with an amazing collection of livestock tools, machinery and vintage cars. 'Le Petit Train' of Angers guides you around the town or another one will take you into the vineyards south of the Loire. Trips in the summer on the rivers are a nice alternative.

Sporting activities

For the golfer, there are several excellent golf courses. Walkers & cyclists can discover hundreds of kilometres of tracks and quiet roads. Local rivers offer opportunities for swimming, canoeing, windsurfing plus other watersports, and depending on the season, permits for still water and river fishing are available.
