| Bedrooms: | "Le Robinier". Spacious first floor triple bedroom 1 double and 1 single (cot on request), leading onto the sunny breakfast balcony overlooking the garden "La Vieille Etable". Two first floor bedrooms (1 triple with a double bed and single bed) and 1 twin bedded room. |
| Bathrooms: | Both cottages have a fully tiled shower area with electric shower, vanity unit/mirror and heated towel rail, wc and wash-hand basin. Fresh towels are provided. "Le Robiniere does have a separate wc. |
| Kitchen: | Both properties have a large fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, electric oven with gas hob, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils available. "Le Robiniere" also has a dishwasher. |
| Dining: | Both properties have good sized tables and chairs to accommodate guests, both for inside and al fresco dining. |

"Try many of the cycle routes and paths through the local forests, and vineyards or follow the many river paths, and be on the lookout for the abundant wildlife. We have bicycles available free for our guests."
'FRENCH MARKET EXPERIENCE'
"Enjoy trying out your French at your local markets (both antique and fresh produce). Bourgueil Tuesday Chinon Thursday Saumur Saturday Montsoreau Sunday. All are recommended. Flea markets held at Montsoreau 2nd Sunday in the month, and Chinon 3rd Sunday and Saumur the 4th Sunday. Some good bargains to be had."

Sample the delightful red and rosé wines at any one of the many "degustations" literally on the doorstep as we are situated on the "Wine Trail", on the road to St Nicolas de Bourgueil. We have over 100 degustations within a 5 mile radius. Other regional wines include Muscadet, Anjou, Touraine, Chinon, Vouvray, Pouilly Fume, Sancerre, Saumur Champigny and Saumur "sparkling" brut."
