Two bungalows plus self-contained studio. Each bungalow sleeps 6-8 and studio is suitable for couple or couple with 1 child. Situated within 5000m² of gardens on the edge of a small village. St Denis-du-Payre nestles within a natural reserve boasting many species of birds including herons and storks. The unspoilt beaches are within a 10-15 minute drive with nearby coastal towns of La Tranche, La Faute-sur-Mer. La Rochelle and Les-Sables-d 'Olonne are within a 40 minute drive. Activities include horse riding, golf, watersports, walking and cycling can all be found locally.

 

The  properties share a 10 x 5m heated pool including electronic safety cover with large terraces. Equipped to a high standard. Each  bungalow has log fires for those wanting a winter break. Each house has 3 double bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen, lounge/ dining room.La Marette and studio combined  sleeps 11 maximum. Washing machine, tv, dvd players included.

 

Football posts and basket ball also on site.
