'Beaches'
"Our local beach is just 6km away, 13km of sandy beaches to explore - great for the kids. The beach at La-Tranche-sur-Mer (10 minutes away) has a 6-hectare area of water for watersports. The "Cercle Nautique Tranchais" (CNT) offers sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing and sand-sailing. The area is also superb for boating and surfing enthusiasts. "

'Chateau de-la-Guignardiere'
"Experience the 'historic adventure' in the setting of the grounds of this chateau. Visit 4 continents of the world and solve various puzzles in each area. For all the children (and of course, us mum's and dad's) that get the correct answer at the end of the trail there is a surprise reward. The adventure is set in part of the 86 hectare of ancient trees, rows of menhirs and wonderful animals such as deer, horses, ponies, swans and geese An excellent gift shop, catering facilities, picnic area and children's play area are just some of the great things to explore here."

'Go-karting'
"Let the kids (or indeed the big boys!) be the next Lewis Hamilton for a while! Whiz round the course and have a great thrill trying to beat your opponent. For safety reasons the kids go on the course only with other children and the safety briefing is excellent. Whilst they are having fun the rest of the party can have a nice café in the covered terrace area."

Suspended on safety harnesses, you are able to climb, swing, dismount and even slide across the forest at a height of 20ft above the ground. There is also an adventure area for toddlers, with themed bouncy castles, a ball park, rock climbing and an inflatable park. This is an excellent day out for both children and adults and is just 5 mintues from our villas. "

"This famous city is just 45 minutes away. Explore the chic shops or watch the world go by from one of the many trendy bars or bistros. After an exhausting morning's shopping, you can look forward to a leisurely lunch in one of the mouth-watering seafood restaurants which overlook the port."
