5 bedroom combined gite with private pool, set in 4 acres of gardens/grounds. Or can be independently let as one 3 bedroom & one 2 bedroom gite. Part of a small group of buildings surrounding 300 year old, now disused, watermill.
Peaceful and relaxing rural setting. Great for families - lots of space for kids. Self catering or continental breakfast available.
Easy access to many local attractions and between a half to one hours drive to various beaches and the coast - suitable for swimming, surfing and all watersports. Horse riding nearby.
Visit La Rochelle, Nantes, La Roche-sur-Yon and Fontenay-le-Comte. There are museums and aquariums, also the Mervent forest area with historic towns and villages and the Puy du Fou theme park - just a small selection of the many activities available around us.
