3 Gites - St Julien-des-Landes, coastal/rural

GITES DU PARC ***   First opened in 2011 -

Each gîte is rated 3 stars from the Préfecture de Vendée / Atout France.

Gîte Camelia, Gîte Jasmin or Gîte Rose

All three are self-catering holiday cottages.

Each gîte has been awarded a THREE STAR rating by the Préfecture of the Vendée.

Three charming newly-built gîtes with apparent beams, located in the quiet rural hamlet of La Richard, open all year round.

Pleasant, very SPACIOUS undulating  gardens with numerous trees:  5500m2!

Next to the gîte is a  large, secured swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with a Jacuzzi step,

Open from beginning of June to end of  September.

Shared by the 3 gîtes AND never overcrowded (only meant for our holiday-makers)!

You can choose Gîte Camelia, Gîte Jasmin or Gîte Rose. Each sleeps to a maximum of 6 people (babies included).

Gîte Camelia is the nearest to the pool and enjoys the most privacy.

Gîte Jasmin is appreciated for its wider living-room and shower base.

Gîte Rose is the right- hand gîte on the pictures. It has its own enclosed garden and a picnic table and is more suitable for toddlers.

 In case of canicule, it offers welcoming shade in green surroundings.

Each single level gîte has a large continental king size double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bunk bedroom (2 beds : 90 x 200cm), with a comfortable double sofabed in the living room.
 
Bed linen is provided  and baby equipment is available on request.

Towel rental service on request (sorry, not beach towels).
 
Each gîte has a south facing terrace and is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.  English and French satellite flat-screen TV, 

Bbq and garden furniture (ground terrace with table, 6 chairs and parasol and 2 reclining chairs).

The owners live on site-and can assist and advise you on outings, etc.

An optional dining "al fresco" night  is organised every week during high season.

It has proved very popular for the past 2 years!

Sorry but :

No smoking in the accommodation.

For many reasons, pets NOT allowed (as the French law permits from Spring 2012).

 Internet Access possible (WI-FI).  

Activities: In the Parc: Boules, badminton, football goal net, ping-pong table, rabbits to pet.

LOCAL activities: Walks  for all ages, cycling, tennis courts in La Mothe-Achard and St Julien-des-Landes, circuits on trees (Accrobranches/Tree trail and Paintball only 6km away: "Le Grand Défi").
