An 18th century converted stone barn in the middle of the beautiful, well situated village of ESPEDAILLAC with tennis court. It sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, all doubles, 1 with optional cot and 1 with additional single bed and has 3 bathrooms (2 en suite 1 communal). Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, fridge and freezer and microwave oven.
12m x 6m heated swimming pool. Wonderful views from the large balcony over our field and the surrounding countryside. The garden offers a barbecue, pretty vine covered pergola and large lavender bed leading to a meadow of wild flowers and walnut trees with part of the field mown short to allow for games. Table tennis and baby football table. WiFi available.
Many historic towns, castles, gardens and parks to visit in the Lot. Pech Merles neolithic paintings 20 mins. Large Saturday market in Figeac 20 min and the Champollion Museum. The Gouffre-du-Padirac, north of Rocamadour has fantastic stalactites and subterranean boat trip and Rocamadour itself offers a wonderful cliffed setting, interesting eagles park and a large 'foret des singes". Canoeing and swimming available on the Lot and Célé rivers. Bicycles can be hired and there are lovely walks to be had around the village of Espedaillac itself.
