Nestling in 3.5 acres of attractive gardens, parks and nature fields, home to golden orioles, woodpeckers, goldfinches, hoopoes, falcons, buzzards, hares, red squirrels, friendly lizzards, toads and many butterflies.
Created and renovated from "The Old Stables" and Farmhouse, these houses enjoy a sunny south facing position with absorbing views of our 5 majestic plane trees in one direction and to the colourful garden, superb pool area and fields in the other.
All the houses are fully insulated for sound, coolness in summer and warmth in winter (electric heating). An acoustic floor separates the ground and first floors for quietness.
The exterior of each is divided by colourful ironwork and potted shrubs, denoting your own private area! Within the SPACIOUS courtyard !! You also have 2.5 acres of secluded garden, hide aways and shady places for your privacy....

Cool in our pool 11 x 4.10m with roman steps. You are in the "Mediterranean Climate".
Ground floors. Kitchen, dining and lounge areas are open plan. Colourful kitchens include all necessary equipment for preparing a "feast". Leather settee, recliners and cd players in each.
Bedrooms. First floor. Each gite has 2 spacious double bedrooms, enjoying en suite facilities (gite 1's bedrooms are slightly smaller but the gite benefits from being on garden level).
Situated on the Tarn/Haute Garonne border, with "The Black Mountains" as our backdrop. Explore the Enchanting Aveyron landscape, visit Albi 1hr. Musée Ciel Toulouse Lautrec, Cordes sur Ciel 90 mins.
