the old fishing village of Grandcamp Maisy.

Freeview tv. The house is a 2 minute walk from the sandy beach and 5 minutes from the
harbour and the daily fish market.
Positioned between Omaha and Utah beach it
is ideally situated for those interested in visiting the D-day landing beaches,
museums and historic landmarks such as the American Cemetery at the nearby
Pointe du Hoc. It is also a great place for immersing yourself in the French
culture with its cafes, restaurants, bars and stunning coastline and
countryside.
Grandcamp Maisy has excellent road links to nearby towns and
cities such as Bayeux, Isigny sur Mer and ferry ports Caen, Cherbourg and Le
Havre.
There is also a childrens play area close by, supermarket, delicious
boulangeries, charcuteries and once a week there is a special general market
where you can get fresh vegetables, meats and cheeses.
