Excellent holiday home for families and couples, just 5 minutes away from the small town of Mortain, from where there are panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Picnicking and walks by the waterfalls alongside the river, and in the Parc Regional. Mortain also has a full range of shops and restaurants along with a heated outdoor swimming pool. The D-day beaches and the town of Bayeux are only 1½ hrs away and Mont St Michel is only 30 minutes away, as are the local beaches. Golf course, fishing lakes, cycleway and go-karting nearby.
Ground floor. Lounge with woodburner and underfloor heating. Tv for playing videos. Fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge. Separate dining room. Verandah with table and chairs.
First floor. Two bedrooms. One double and 1 twin/triple. Shower room with wc.
Cellar fitted out as a gamesroom with table tennis, bar-billiards, darts. Wc. bicycles. Garden to front, paddock to side/rear. Flexible changeover day.

Equipment can be hired by the hour or half day etc. swimming at the open-air pool in Mortain 3 miles away. Horse riding also at La Mazure, but there are equestrian centres closer than this. |
