Newly converted farm buildings in 10 acres of countryside. Five minutes from historic Argentan market town. Large supermarkets and many restaurants nearby. One hour from Caen and 1½ hours from Le Havre and Cherbourg.
Centrally located for all Normandy attractions; Orne National Park, Mont St Michel, battlefields, fishing, golf, cycling and walking or simply relax and watch the wildlife including nesting swifts.
Accommodation consists of 1 and 2 double bedroomed gites with showers, combined kitchen/lounge/dining areas. Tv/video/dvd/hi-fi, electric radiator heating throughout. Bed linen provided.
Outside, Each gite has a small private garden with garden furniture available if required. There is also a communal main garden with an above ground pool, trampoline and childrens play equipment. Pond with nesting ducks, resident ponies, sheep and goats.
There is also a large gamesroom with pool, snooker and table tennis available along with an outdoor full size basketball net and other outdoor games also available. Assorted bicycles are available for use at owners own risk.
