Set in beautiful woodland, this spacious detached property is an ideal place to enjoy the Orne region, with its beautiful forest walks, elegant châteaux and historic towns. Traditional French furniture. The property looks out over a lovely garden and 2 acres of private forest. There is a gamesroom over the whole of the second floor, with a private bar pool table, air hockey, darts, table football, games, tv, video, dvd with cinema sound system. There is electric central heating in all rooms and a log fire for cooler months.
Nearby is the pretty town of Flers, with its lakeside château and Domfront with its shops, restaurants and cafes. Further south is Bagnoles-de-l'Orne a beautiful spa town around a lake in a forest. A wonderful region, great for climbing, hiking, horse riding, watersports, walking, cycling, fishing and golf. Ideal for families.

'Just Relax!!'
"The best thing to do at Le Rocher is to relax and enjoy the peace!! The house has its own small forest and the property is completely fenced in, so letting the kids run wild and free is no bother or worries!! Failing that the property is well equipped with every game/gadget for the kids small or big to relax. Put the kids to bed let them watch a dvd/video and you adults either warm by the fire or relax outside on the patio with the child monitor! To be honest we designed the house around what we as a family wanted to do when we go on holiday - relax have fun and let the hair down."
'The Swimming Complex'
"What a pool. Why don't we have these in the UK!!?? Indoor and outdoor pools, slides, kiddies play areas, sunloungers, spas, even "tidal rivers". And the price is even better 7 Euros for an adult! GREAT FOR THE KIDS BETTER FOR THE ADULTS!!!
All this is only 3 kilometres up the road."
