We are Richard and Magda and we love our home, the village and surrounding countryside and want to share it with you.

Putanges-Pont-Ecrepin is a delightful place at any time of year and Le Bosquet makes an ideal base for exploring.  We are an easy drive to the glorious and varied Normandy coast including the D-day Landing Beaches and the many associated museums and memorials.

The nearby Suisse Normande is an area famous for outdoor activities from walking and mountain biking to hang-gliding and kayaking, all carried out in glorious countryside.

Both Bayeux and Mont St Michel make interesting days out and of course for anyone wanting a day or two in the capital, Paris is within easy reach by car or train.

'The Mulberry Harbour at Arromanches'
"A must for anyone interested in the D-day landings as ever now it is hard to comprehend the sheer scale of the undertaking. Plus a particularly nice restaurant for lunch."
