Well positioned with only 45 min drive to Cognac town centre for visits to Hennessey, Martell and other Cognac houses. Our next door neighbour manufacture Cognac, Pineau and Wine which can be bought.
Rocquefort, La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast only 60 min by car. A visit to Futuroscope in Poitiers is only 50 min drive.
The property is well situated for pleasant walks in the surrounding countryside. Fishing, canoeing, kayaking on the River Charente within 10km. Shops and restaurants all within 5km.
