18th century property set in approx 2 acres facing south looking over rolling fields. Ten mins from St-Jean, 40 mins from Cognac, La Rochelle, Rochefort, Atlantic coast beaches.

 

Locally, tennis, boating, horse riding, golf and great for walking and cycling.

 

All the properties are fully equipped including washing machines and tv/dvd. Gite 2 specially designed for easy wheelchair access. Double sleeping area off lounge.

 

All properties available year-round. Pool season Easter to end October. Pool room has wc and shower room with easy wheelchair access.

Location and activities: Set on outskirts of a peaceful rural village with nearby horseriding, tennis, golf, water sports, great for cycling in the surrounding quiet lanes.
Bedrooms: All bedrooms have comfortable beds, bedside lamps, ample wardrobe space.
Bathrooms: La Vigne 3 bathrooms La Grange 1 bathroom plus downstairs washroom Farmhouse 2 bathrooms plus downstairs washroom
Kitchen: All kitchens well equiped including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, full size hob and oven.
Living area: Ample comfortable seating, flat screen TV and satelite TV for english programs; bookcase with good selection of books for adults and children: selection of DVD's and videos.we also provide a selection of badminton racquets for using on our outdoor play area.
Outside: Grounds mostly enclosed, several mature trees provide shade, each property has its own sitting out area with table,chairs, parasol and BBQ:sun loungers for pool area there are fresh herbs growing in garden, help yourselves(chives, parsley, rosemary,thyme)
Suitability: La Vigne specially suitable for wheelchair users, we provide cots and highchairs free of charge. Not suitable for pets owing to close proximity of farmland.
