Residence de la Cordouan is a 2 bedroomed modern apartment with sea views, 1 minute walk to a sandy beach. At 50m² the apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin and a bathroom with a separate wc. There is a large living room with kitchenette leading out to a huge private terrace that gets the sun virtually all day. There is a sofabed in the living room to accommodate a total of 6 people in the apartment.
Suitable for disabled people, although there is a low step on entry.
Secure entrance area serving this and only 4 other apartments.
There is a designated parking space to the rear of the property.
There are further beaches along the whole of the coast. Shops, restaurants and the town centre only a 2 minute walk away. Lots of activities nearby including a great golf course, horse riding, watersports, fishing and a fabulous zoo. The Bordeaux wine region and Cognac and Pineau making regions are nearby.
St Palais is a lively holiday town in the summer, popular with Parisians and a quieter retreat at other times of the year. The city of Royan is only 15 mins by car, Bordeaux and La Rochelle Airports are within 1-2 hours drive. St Malo is approximately 5 hours drive.
