This traditional Charentais house is set in a small hamlet surrounded by sunflowers and is only a 3 minute drive from Tesson, which has a supermarket, bar, restaurant and boulangerie. Beaches are a 20 minute drive away with Saintes and Cognac at 15-20 minutes. Bordeaux and La Rochelle are an hours drive and both have airports.
Activities, beaches, swimming, golf, cycling, walking, sailing, surfing, fishing, wine-tasting and La Palmyre Zoo.
