Spacious 2 double bedroomed detached cottage, village location. Minimum stay 4 days from any day of the week.
Recently professionally converted from a stable block in quiet village about half way between the market towns of Melle and Chef-Boutonne.
Set in ideal walking or cycling country, which is undulating rather than hilly, about 1 hour by car from many differing attractions. 7km from an excellent outdoor swimming pool. The south facing covered terrace is ideal for outdoor eating and watching the sunset with a glass of 'rouge'. Or sit at the picnic table under the trees quietly watching redstarts, woodpeckers, hoopoes and jays foraging for their family dinner.
Ten minutes from a choice of shops bars restaurants and supermarkets this is ideal for both groups and families. (Travelcot, highchair,baby sitting etc can be provided). Holiday or longer term lets considered all year round. Owners live on-site and are there to offer help should you need it.
