Situated on the River Orb in the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, our comfortable holiday home is in the heart of the ancient village of Herepian. There is a wealth of attractions and activities on our doorstep and within an easy drive, which includes golf, horse riding, kayaking, rock climbing, river swimming in a range of spectacular locations and walks for all levels of ability. The village is located in an area of fabulous mountain scenery with ancient picturesque villages to explore and world class wines to sample. Mediterranean beaches and resorts are a short drive away, as are Pezenas, Beziers and the Canal du Midi.
Our 2 storey house has been recently renovated and is fully equipped for a comfortable self catering holiday. Within the village there is a full range of services, which include a gourmet restaurant a minutes stroll from our house, a pizzeria, bakers, supermarket and local produce as well as a wine cave.

| Lounge/diner: | On the ground floor there is a semi open-plan dining room and sitting area with a large dining table which seats 6 to 8 people, sofa, armchair and coffee table. There is also a hi-fi, a bookcase with a range of books, local maps and information on the area. |
| Outside : | Outside is a small private courtyard with outdoor furniture, sun umbrella and bbq, making it suitable for al fresco dining or relaxing with a glass of local wine and soaking up the 300 days of Languedoc sunshine. |
| General: | Bedding and towels are provided free of charge but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. In addition, there is a travel cot for infants, a hairdryer, electric fans for hot weather and electric panel heaters for off season (an extra charge would apply for heating). |
| Suitability: | The upper floor is accessed by a quaint winding stone staircase (small children would need to be supervised and it may be unsuitable for those with impaired mobility). A stair gate is available for the top of the stairs. |
