Situated on the mediterranean coast close to Perpignan, our mobile home is located on the popular La Sirene campsite. It is close to large sandy beaches with many other places to visit close by. Watersports, golf, horse-riding, tennis available locally.
The air-conditioned mobile home (sleeps 6) has a double bedroom, second bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, living room and kitchen fully equipped with fridge-freezer, cooker/hob and microwave. Outside there is garden furniture, bbq and plenty of games equipment. This excellent family site organises regular entertainment and plenty of activities to keep you occupied.

| Nearest restaurant: | The restaurant on site is excellent and caters for a variety of tastes. There is also a takeaway facility for a quick meal. Within 2/3 minutes walking distance is a very good restaurant with great pizzas and there is a tapas restaurant within 10 minutes (walk). |
| Location and activities: | The beach is within walking distance of the site (30/40 minutes). There is a regular road train that travels to the local village and holiday seaside village which has many restaurants and market stalls. In the summer this runs every 15 minutes through the whole day and late into the evening (more than adequate for an evening meal). Many people leave their car on the campsite and use the road train for getting around.
There is a Carrefour supermarket that stocks everthing you will need within 10 minutes drive. There are plenty of small farmshops close by for fresh vegetables and fruit.
Nearby there is a large aquapark (3 miles -scary slides!), go-karting, aerial ropeway and canyon plunges (0.5 mile).
Further afield there are many beautiful villages with plenty to explore. The foothills of the Pyrenees can be reached easily, with many twisty mountain roads to tackle. Spain and the beautiful resort of Rosas is within an hours drive. |
| Bedrooms: | The double bedroom has a set of double wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and hangers. There is a wall mounted mirror and a hairdryer is inclued. The twin room has a wardrobe. |
| Bathrooms: | The shower room has a washbasin, mirror and plenty of storage space. There is a separate toilet room. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with oven, grill, hob, large fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee perculator. There are all the utensils you will need, grater, garlic press, lemon squeezer, cooking implements, (pots and pans, frying pan, wok etc), cutlery and more than enough crockery. We also provide cunsumeables - cleaning products, toilet rolls, tea, coffee sugar etc, which we just ask people to replace as they use them up. |
| Living area: | There is L shaped seating around a good size table. There is a storage cabinet and bookshelf. People often leave books that they have read on holiday, so it is often stocked with current novels. We also have a fitted air conditioning unit which is very useful. The seating area can be converted into a double bed. |
| Entertainment on-site: | The campsite is proud of its reputation for entertainment. They arrange frequent sporting activities for all ages - mixed football activities, kayaking, mountain biking, aqua-diving, archery, table tennis etc. There is crazy golf, tennis courts, climbing frames and parks for young children. There is also a daily "kids club". Twice a week, there is a "musical show" from the on-site professional music/dance group. This will be 2 shows selected from a number of well known musicals such as Grease, Lion King, Cats, Mama Mia, Chicago etc. These are very popular and very good. There is other entertainment on other nights - singers, game shows, bingo, karaoke etc. There are television screens for popular sporting events in the bar. |
| Outside: | There is a large decking area which is perfect for breakfast and for relaxing in the evening after a hectic day. The grassed area has sunbeds to soak up the sun on. There is private parking for 1 car. We have a gas BBQ using Campingaz. The gas can be purchased from the Carrefour supermarket and we will reimburse the cost. |
| General: | The price includes gas, electricity and water. There are plenty of pilows and blankets (if you need them). Bedding packs (pillow covers, sheets) can be hired from the campsite. On-site there is a food shop, bakery, newsagent, general shop, launderette, cafe, restaurant, ice-cream shop, bar etc. There is a large swimming pool with plenty of grassed areas to relax on. |
| Suitability: | This is a family holiday site and the campsite owners do everything they can to maintain that family environment and atmosphere. |
