The accommodation is a 200 year old restored farmhouse. It is detached with an enclosed garden and pool, with wonderful views over the lake (no fishing to protect the waterfowl) and surrounding woodland. Garden furniture, bbq, table tennis, cycles and fishing tackle available for local fishing (charges apply).  Activities include horse riding, walking and cycling.

Accommodation. Large lounge with open fire, 3 piece suite, tv, dvd, cd and radio, sofabed (sleeps 2). Power shower, wc. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room.

First floor. Large bedroom, double bed and sofabed, tv. Second bedroom, 2 single beds. Full bathroom. Central heating, bed linen and towels provided.. No smoking in the property

Nearest restaurant: 3km from the farmhouse we have a lovely restaurant La Feuillardere which serves very tasty local cuisine, 3 course daily menus start at 11€
Location and activities: 3km from the farmhouse we have a very fine swimming lake with lifeguard and a multitude of other activities including mini- golf, an airbourne assault course through the trees with magnificent zip wires and brand new paintball
Bedrooms: Large master bedroom, with oak beams and lovely views over lake. It has double bed, sofabed (double) wardrobes, dressing table, chests of drawers and tv.

Bathrooms: One downstairs with power massage shower and wash stand and wc. First floor bath and shower, wash stand wc. All recently renovated

Living area: Spacious living area with traditional large log burning fire and comfy sofas, armchairs, coffee table
Entertainment on-site: Sky tv and a full music system with large selection of dvds and cds. We have a selection of 5 cycles
and fishing tackle, tennis and badminton rackets for your use
Outside: Alarmed swimming pool with sunlounger. Gazebo with teak garden furniture. Large gas bbq, car park, and to the side in its own wooded area, a caravan stand with power and water for your friends to stay if you like (charges apply). No caravans unless friends of the guests at the farmhouse.
To enjoy the long days bicycles and table tennis for your use.
General: We are set in a sublime location with views over our private lake, and you can enjoy the peaceful countryside with amazing walks. Plenty to see and explore locally
Suitability: Ideally situated for family holiday or romantic getaway. Due to the rural setting and age of the building we have been unable to convert suitably for wheelchair access
