This spacious house with pool is perfectly placed for walking, cycling, fishing, watersports, golf and exploring the châteaux of the Loire Valley, if you can tear yourself away from the private pool (with roman steps; 10 x 5m, 1.5m deep throughout), sunterraces and gorgeous large garden.

 

All the rooms are large and well equipped. Kitchen and summer kitchen (close to the rear terrace and barbecue). Comfortable lounge with dining area. King size bedroom. Large bathroom, wc. Central heating.

 

Upstairs, 2 large twin bedrooms and queen size bedroom with en suite shower room and wc. Equipped to a high standard. All linen provided (except pool towels). Dvd, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, 2 full cookers, microwave. Sunterrace furniture. Barbecue.
