A large, impressive, stylish country house ideally located for châteaux visiting, wine enthusiasts or country lovers.
Situated in St-Patrice 8km west of Langeais, 12km east of Bourgeuil, less than a mile north of the River Loire. Chinon, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Fontevraud, Saumur and Tours are within 30 minutes drive.
Located in the village, the house is private and secluded with an acre of garden comprising mature trees and lawns, with Rochecotte Forest as a backdrop which extends for miles. The rural setting therefore means that wildlife is plentiful and it is not uncommon to see woodpeckers, jays, nightingales and buzzards. There are numerous pathways in the forest where one can occaisonally spot deer and wild boar.
Two huge reception rooms, well equipped kitchen, 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 wcs. Swimming pool, tennis courts, supermarkets within 15 minutes drive.

There are a number of supermarkets at Bourgeuil and Langeais both of which are approx 15 minutes away by car. There is an indoor heated pool at Avoine. Alternatively there are several small lakes in the forest, which have man-made sandy beaches suitable for swimming |
