Between the historic towns of Saumur (16km) and Chinon (14km). A comfortable independent ground floor gite set in beautiful countryside, next to a château, in the small hamlet of Saint-Germain-sur-Vienne. The historic villes of Fontevraud and Montsoreau are nearby. Near to the River Vienne, in the heart of the wine-growing and château area of the Loire Valley. Ideal for walking, fishing, horse riding, golf, cycling, with a good swimming pool and small ice skating rink close by. English owners in the same grounds. 

 

Equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, microwave and washing machine. Comfortable living room, television with English channels. Shower room and separate wc. Two bedrooms (double and twin) with bedding and towels provided. Electric heating. Small private garden with furniture and adjoining old orchard for sun bathing in. Winter lets also welcome.
