Our 200 year old farm is situated in 3 acres in the Pays des Bastides. Nearby are pretty villages, markets and restaurants. Activities include canoeing, walking, fishing, golf, horse riding and bikes can be hired locally.

Les Charmes has 3 beautiful, well equipped gites and a 12 x 5m saline pool.

Les Ronces. Spacious open plan lounge, kitchen/diner (fridge, dishwasher, hob and combination microwave/convection oven and grill). Separate bedroom and walk in "wet room" shower en suite. Terrace with patio furniture and barbecue and shady private courtyard.

Les Noyers. Large living room with original fireplace and traditional furniture. Three settees; one converts to a double bed. Downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. Separate kitchen/diner with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with ice box. Dining table and chairs. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with king size bed and 1 with a single and double bed plus a cot. The family bathroom has a bath and a wall mounted over bath shower with screen.

Outside private terrace with barbecue, and the living room and kitchen/diner have doors opening onto the courtyard that leads to the pool. Cot and highchair available on request.  

Les Chenes is a beautifully converted stone barn. The large living area is the full height of the barn with exposed oak beams and is comfortably furnished with a large wood burning stove. 

Open plan kitchen/diner with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer. There is a downstairs bedroom with king size bed, and a family bathroom with a walk in shower.

Upstairs, there are 2 twin bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Outside terrace with barbecue, and garden furniture. Cot and highchair available on request.
