La Besse Gite 3 Bedroom Gite (AD002424)

La Besse Gite is part of an old Perigordian manoir, a section of which dates back to the 15^th century. It is situated within 13 acres of parkland, 2km from the picturesque village of Saint Genies, which has a good range of shops and facilities. La Besse is 10km north of Sarlat-la-Caneda, 10km south of Montignac.

The gite is attached to the main house, but is completely private, with its own driveway, garden (with built-in barbecue) and garage. The gite comprises, on the ground floor, a large sunroom, kitchen, small laundry room with washing machine, sitting room, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, separate shower and w/c. On the upper floor there is a mezzanine single bedroom, and a separate large bedroom containing a double bed and a single bed. There are also wc and wash hand basin units. Cots are available for infants.

Central heating available (supplement applies). Cleaning available at extra €45 charge.
