There is a lake with a sandy beach, play areas and cycle hire at nearby Léon. Horse riding at Tartas. The beaches of the Atlantic coast are nearby and trips can be made to Spain and the Pyrénées.

Three airports - Bordeaux, Biarritz and Pau served by Easyjet and Ryanair.

The house is also especially suitable for children and dogs, the large garden affords a safe play area with fencing around the perimeter. A travelcot is also available on request.There are also many quiet walks to enjoy.

"The area is conveniently situated between 4 airports, the closest of which are Biarritz and Pau, which are served by Ryanair and fly from Stansted. Bordeaux and Toulouses airports are also an option and these are operated by Easyjet from Gatwick. (Other routes/carriers may be avaliable)."

'Beaches'
"Nearby beach Hossegor is great for surfers and also clothes shopping and eating out. Seignosse is popular with surfers and families, and has a large open air waterpark. In addition there is Moliets and Maa beach, which has lifeguards in season and all the usual offerings of beach life including restaurants, bike hire, golf, bars and beach shops. Tartas has a street market on Saturdays."
