Just a few minutes walk from a beautiful lake and 6km from the stunning sandy beaches of the Côte d'Argent, this is a family paradise. From sandcastles to kite surfing, we've got all the watersports. We've got golf, cycling, and fishing. We've got paint-balling, quad-biking and a treetop adventure park. We've got a funfair, and we've got shops - loads of them. And it's all right on the doorstep, just minutes from the quiet, calm tranquillity of Les Arbres.

Les Arbres is a large comfortable villa on 2 floors with everything you could wish for. Each floor has its own bedrooms, bathroom, conservatory, sitting room, patio, barbecue area and access to the garden. It is ideal for 2 families sharing but wanting their own space. There is a gamesroom with a table tennis table, and a private pool, which is lit at night for those late night dips.

There are 5 double bedrooms, 3 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds, and one with 4 single beds. There is also an adjoining room with a sofabed if you need it. Cots are available.

The living room has a comfortable leather suite, English tv, dvd player, and a stereo system you can connect your iPod or MP3 player into. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, washing lines, iron, and ironing board. Wireless broadband internet is available free of charge in case you bring a laptop.

Outside, the garden is fully enclosed by fences and hedges, and offers plenty of space to play or relax. There is a charcoal barbecue, and a large dining table for 12 -14 people. There is a semi-enclosed gamesroom, with a table tennis table and a dart board.

A new 8 x 4m swimming pool was installed in August 2007. It has the latest automatic sanitation systems for crystal clear water and safe, hygienic bathing. It also has a low conservatory type cover, which makes the pool completely child-safe when closed, and makes the pool about 10 degrees warmer than an open pool at the same latitude.

The villa is directly adjacent to the forest in a very quiet residential road used only by the local residents. There is plenty of off road parking space.

Smoking is not allowed inside the villa and we will consider pets upon request.
