You are invited you to holiday in our farmhouse or gite in the pretty village of Plumaudan, 10 minutes south of the beautiful medieval town of Dinan - recognized as the best preserved medieval town in Brittany (and the most visited). There are oak beams in each room and the property dates from the mid 18th century.

We are situated on the fringe of the village, only 250 metres from all its facilities, with an enclosed fenced garden area, swings, courtyard, swimming pool and decking area with barbecue. There is ample parking, with views to the village with the 250 year old oak tree and the village church dominating the skyline. The south-facing courtyard is ideal for a games of boules.

The Farmhouse.  There are 5 bedrooms (one triple, 2 double, a bunk bed room and one single). The large kitchen/diner has all usual white goods, a woodburner and a farmhouse dining table. There are 3 bathrooms. The spacious lounge has views over the courtyard and there is UK satellite tv, dvd/video. The property provides flexible accommodation for, say, 2 families in that there is a door dividing the first floor. Please note the second floor stairs to bedroom 5 is open tread. There is electric heating to supplement the woodburners.

Kermaudan Gite. The gite comprises part of the farmhouse on 2 floors with a double bedroom, room with bunk beds, bathroom and separate toilet, huge kitchen/diner/lounge - with all usual white goods, satellite tv/video, woodburner and dining table. The entrance hallway contains the original oak staircase.

There are numerous golf courses within 45 minutes (see our website), horse riding in a neighbouring village and sailing, windsurfing etc at nearby Lake Betineuc. Dinan has plenty of good restaurants, especially down at the port where you can also hire boats by the hour and take trips up or down river on chartered boats.

Please note:  Linen is provided, but please bring your own towels. There is a travelcot available although you should bring your own bedding for this.
