"Quimper a beautiful medieval city full of narrow cobbled streets and half timbered houses. Pick up a guide and explore. The cathedral is a good starting point and don’t fail to visit the Halles St Francis – not just for the food but for the view past the upturned boat rafters through the roof to the cathedral's twin spires. Quimper is renowned for its shopping. It has many chic fashion stores as well as many other local produce shops. It's also a great place to visit in the evening and eat in one of the restaurants by the river."
