Bedrooms:	On the first floor are two large bedrooms (one double and one twin) with a cot provided if required. There is also an additional toilet on this floor. Downstairs is an additional sofabed. All bed linen is provided
Bathrooms:	The bathroom on the ground floor has a walk in shower and separate wc. There is an additional wc and hand basin on the first floor. Towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo etc are all provided
Entertainment on-site:	In the lounge is satellite tv, a dvd player with films, a stereo system and various books. There is a large box of lego and games for the children
Garden and outside:	The patio doors lead out to a patio with bbq, lights and outdoor dining furniture, seating 6. The large lawned private garden is south west facing with picturesque countryside views. Additional furniture is available on request eg gazebo, extra chairs. Outdoor games include boules, badminton. Bicycles available free
Parking and garaging:	We offer off-road parking for 2-3 cars at the front of the cottage, with the possibility of garage parking on request
Suitability:	The cottage is situated in a tranquil rural setting, ideally situated for rambling, fishing, cycling and horse riding. Equally, it is within short driving distance to numerous sandy beaches and tourist attractions, making it attractive to families with children
