About the Property

Three apartments in Sète, Hérault, Languedoc Roussillon.

Sète is an ancient port on the Mediterranean coast. Just south of Montpellier and west of the Camargue, close to the wine-growing regions of Corbieres and Fitou and is a lively bustling town all year round.

The apartments are set in a landscaped piazza with a residents-only pool and are situated between the old town and the Corniche's long golden sands. Within the complex is a 3 star hotel with its own restaurant open to non-residents. There are also bars, cafes, restaurants, hairdresser and a nearby launderette. Buses stop outside the lower piazza.

From your own sunny balcony enjoy watching the local fishing boats as they bring in their daily catch. Fill up on oysters at a fraction of the cost in UK. Drink the local wines where £3 a bottle is an extravagance.

Visit the beaches, local markets, elegant shops and walk along the restaurant-lined canals. All this, all year round!

Visit Carcassonne, Arles, Avignon, Nîmes and the Camargue etc.

The apartments overlook the harbour and port. B19 is on the 4th floor and B29 on the 5th. Comfortably and attractively furnished in modern pine, both have excellent views of the Mediterranean and have balconies with a patio table, parasol and chairs for 4 persons. Small double bedroom, separate toilet, bathroom, living room/kitchenette with glass sliding doors onto a sunny balcony. The living room has a sofabed which makes into 2 single beds.

Apartment B24 is in the same complex, but in a smaller building on the first floor with views of palm trees, the harbour and the Mediterranean, more spacious and furnished in contemporary French style. Small double bedroom, tiled shower/bathroom, separate toilet, corner kitchen with mini-oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher, living area with 2 sofas, sideboard, table, chairs. From the living area, sliding glass doors lead to an enclosed balcony/conservatory/eating area. Enjoy the morning sun with breakfast. Sofa and folding beds for extra visitors.
