Three quaint, fully furnished bedrooms, (2 twin and 1 family with double and single bed). The family bedroom is on the ground floor. Shower room, basin and separate wc also on the ground floor. Bathroom (with shower over bath) basin and wc. Lounge with open fire, cd, tv/video, sofas and french day bed for siestas, leading to terrace for sunny breakfasts. We leave continental breakfast produce in the cottage for the morning after arrival as well as basics and all cleaning products.

Childrens swings, basketball, table tennis and 11m x 6m pool with wide steps for easy access, contra-current and underwater light for midnight dips! Pool open from May to end of September. For cycling, walking and riding (equestrian centre 5 mins). There are kilometres of country tracks through woods and fields without having to use country lanes. An area with an abundance of abbeys, chateaux and bastide towns and villages, full of architectural interest and basking in the sun of the Midi-Pyrenees. Colourful markets and stunning views of gorges with river Lot and Aveyron within easy reach for canoeing and waterskiing. Good restaurants and reasonable prices specialising in regional dishes.

Villefranche de Rouergue 10 minutes by car with 3 large supermarkets and all amenities.
