Blasi Farmhouse sleeps 5 in 2 large bedrooms and has been renovated to provide the best mix of old and new. Whilst equipped to a high standard, it retains the comfortable charm of a cottage. It has been thoughtfully furnished using a selection of modern and traditional French country furniture. The kitchen/living room is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, satellite tv, dvd player, cd stereo player and central heating. There is a large family bedroom containing a queen sized bed and a single bed and a large twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The bathroom has a luxury walk-in shower with twin basins and a separate wc.

Outside, the Farmhouse has its own private garden, sunny terrace and bbq. The south facing pool (shared with the Barn) is 10 x 4.5m and has a vine and honeysuckle pergola providing dappled shade.

Blasi has a boules pitch, swing ball and has plenty of garden and pool toys for the family.

Blasi Barn sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms in spacious accommodation of 110 m². The large vaulted living room/dining room, which has a woodburner, adjoins the the open plan fully equipped kitchen. French doors lead on to a sunny terrace, bbq and private garden. Downstairs there is a large walk-in shower and separate wc. Upstairs there is a large family room containg a double and single bed, with an en suite shower and wc, a further twin bedroom and a single gallery bedroom.

Blasi Barn has satellite tv, dvd player, cd stereo player, room fans and is centrally heated.

The south facing pool is shared with the farmhouse and has a vine and honeysuckle covered pergola providing dappled shade.

Both the Farmhouse and Barn are available all year round and are available as long term lets.

This is an undiscovered part of France with so much to see and do. Famous for its gourmet cuisine, Quercy should not be missed. Excellent cycling and walking. Golf, fishing and horse riding nearby.

As well as the swimming pool there is a boules pitch and for the competitive there is swingball and many other games and garden toys. Blasi is close to the Bastide town of Lauzerte voted one of the prettiest in France.

The second bedroom, a twin bedroom has french doors onto the private garden. The Barn has a large family bedroom containing a double and a single bed with an en suite shower room. The second bedroom contains twin beds and there is a third single gallery bedroom.
Bathrooms:	The Farmhouse has a luxury shower room with twin basins and a separate wc. The Barn also has a luxury shower room, separate wc and the main family bedroom has an en suite containing shower, basin and wc.
Kitchen:	The Farmhouse has a large comfortable kitchen/living room which is fully equipped with everything that you will need to help you enjoy your holiday. The American kitchen in the Barn is also extremely well equipped with everything that you will need.
Dining:	The Farmhouse has table and seating for 6 people and the Barn has a table and seating for 8 people as well as a breakfast bar.
Living area:	The living area of the Farmhouse is fully equipped with satellite tv, dvd player and stereo cd/radio/tape player. The large vaulted Barn living room has 2 sofas, chair fireplace and french doors onto the private terrace. There are satellite tv, dvd and stereo cd/radio/tape players

Suitability:	As the Farmhouse is on one level it is paricularly suitable for young families or those who do not wish to use stairs

'Family Activities'
"Active families will be spoilt for choice. Nearby are both the Gorges of Averyon and the Lot where you can take a picnic with you and enjoy a day canoeing, kayaking or climbing. Within a few minutes of the house there is an excellent equestrian centre with riding for all levels of experience. Golf can be played at Sauveterre where equipment can be hired. There is a good parachuting school just north of Lauzerte. Sailing, boating and pedalos are all available where the Tarn and Garonne rivers meet at the beautiful St-Nicholas-de-la-Grave. A great day out can be had at Walibi theme park near Agen with rides and attractions for all ages. Try your hand at quad biking and moto-cross at nearby Castelnau and Lafrancaise. Suitable for all the family. We highly recommend the local swimming lakes and beaches the Vallées de Loisirs at Montcuq and Montaigu."

'Gastronomy'
"This region is justifiably proud of its cuisine. Blasi is well placed for sampling local produce. There are 12 good restaurants all within 15 minutes of the house. We are happy to give recommendations. The Tarn et Garonne produces good quality wines such as the famous black wine of Brulhois, the Fronton and the St Sardos. Several local vineyards carry the AO VDQS and AOC accreditation. Within half an hour are 24 vineyards and wine producers to visit. Another 10 minutes drive takes you to Cahors and the Lot. "

"The farmers markets can be found every day of the week. Monday at Caussade and St-Nicholas-de-la-Grave, Tuesday Caylus, Montech, Negrepelisse and Valence d'Agen, Wednesday at Lauzerte and Lafrancaise, Thursday Montclar de Quercy and Castelsarrasin, Friday Lavit de Lomagne and Molieres, Saturday at Lauzerte, Moissac and Montaigu-de-Quercy and Sunday at Montcuq and Moissac. In July and August there are night markets at Montauban and Moissac which are great fun and usually have fairgrounds and activities."
