The other 4 bedrooms in the house have 2 bunk beds. In the gite, there is a bedroom with a double bed,1 with twin beds and 1 with bunk beds
Bathrooms:	There is a shower room en suite to the main bedroom in the house. The main bathroom is situated downstairs and has 3 shower cubicles. There are 6 wcs in the house. In the gite, the bathroom is downstairs and has a shower, 2 basins and a wc
Kitchen:	The kitchen is well equipped with all electrical appliances replaced 2 years ago. There is plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking equipment to cater for large numbers. The gite is also well equipped
Dining:	In the house, the dining room has 2 long tables each accommodating 10/12 persons. There is a serving hatch from the kitchen to the dining room. In the gite, the dining table is situated in the large living room
Living area:	The main sitting room in the house has a beautiful fireplace and is comfortably furnished. The conservatory doubles up as another sitting room. In the gite, the sofa was recently replaced
Entertainment on-site:	There is a tv in the house and one in the gite. They are only programmed to French tv stations. There is also a cd player in each house. Also plenty of books, games etc
Outside:	Totally enclosed garden with fruit trees. Garden tables and chairs as well as barbecues are available
General:	A peaceful location ideal for friends sharing or family holidays. People who have been there have commented on how they have de-stressed.
Suitability:	The adjoining gite has a steep narrow staircase to reach first floor

'Les Trois Rois in Villers-Bocage'
"Very conveniently situated some 5km away from the house. The restaurant has been completely redecorated and a new young chef, Nicholas Fournier, is now in charge of the kitchens. The food is wonderful and the prices very reasonable. At lunchtime you can eat for 21 Euros. In the evening you have a choice of 3 menus, regional, little treats or the gastronomic feast, prices being between 29 to 58 Euros. Large groups can be accommodated. In-house catering is also possible. Well worth a visit."

"A beautiful medieval town with wonderful buildings and cobbled streets. You can visit the tapestry of Bayeux and be transported back to the Middle Ages. The cathedral is also a must to visit. Wonderful town for shopping with unusual little shops."
