Ideally situated to explore the picturesque and historic Suisse Normande, as well as the towns of Thury-Harcourt and Aunay-sur-Odon which have excellent supermarkets, restuarants and leisure facilities it is within easy reach of Caen (30 mins), Bayeux (30 mins), Mont St Michel (1 ½ hrs) and the landing beaches (40 mins). The cottage has retained its natural French ambience (beamed ceilings, wood fire, patio doors etc) whilst having the convenience of modern equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, oven/grill, microwave, Jacuzzi bath) which makes for a ‘home from home’. The cottage can comfortably sleep 5 people, but has the flexibility of sleeping 8 people.
