The property is situated about 1 mile from the village of Denneville and a short drive from the coastal town of Portbail with its busy market days and harbour. Close by there are wide sandy beaches offering safe bathing and cliff walks with stunning views of Jersey. A little further will find you entering the forests and wetlands of the Cotentin and Bessin Natural Park. Ideal area for walking and cycling, fishing, riding, sailing, golf and tennis.

Accommodation. Downstairs is a living room with UK tv, dvd and hi-fi. The dining room has a large dining table and log fire. The well equipped fitted kitchen has a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and an extensive range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for preparing and eating the wonderful selection of local produce! (BUT plenty of good restaurants nearby if you are feeling lazy- see later). There is also a downstairs wc.

Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with wc, basin, bath and shower.
