Le Petit Moulin provides everything you need for a perfect holiday in luxurious accommodation. There are 9 bedrooms all en suite. The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc., and opens out to the front and rear of the Mill allowing everyone to dine outside in sun or shade.

Set in its own lovely grounds with a 12m x 6m saltwater swimming pool, incorporating 3m x 4m childrens pool, garden games, boules court, walkways, bridges and an orchard. There is a bbq, wooden patio and pool furniture.

The house has a hotel linen service, house towels, utilities, cots and highchairs will be provided if needed. Bikes available, free of charge. Babysitting and maid service can be arranged.

Excellent dining 5 minutes away in beautiful riverside restaurants. Local food and meals can be delivered to the Moulin on request. Local activities include fishing, golf, horse riding, watersports,walking and cycling. Painting courses close by.

Le Petit Moulin is very well connected with the Roman towns of Saintes and St-Jean-d'Angély 15 minutes away. The airports of La Rochelle and Bordeaux are just over an hour and the ferry port of St Malo is just 4 hours north. With wonderful beaches 35 minutes drive and historic Cognac 25 minutes away, it is the ideal place to explore or relax and unwind in the Mill's tranquil setting.

Four of the bedrooms over the east wing can be closed off, so it is possible to book with just 4 large double bedrooms and still have use of the rest of the Mill.

For the 5 room option reduce the weekly rate by £400.
