Nestled amongst the olive groves above Claviers, Villa Charmante is the perfect relaxing hideway. An idyllic setting for your holiday with spacious and comfortable accommodation (sleeps 5-7), your own pool, beautiful views and a private secluded location.

Stroll down to the village for fresh bread and croissants or dine at the restaurant in the square. Explore the many local villages with their market days or head to the glorious Côte d'Azur.

There are beautiful sandy beaches at Fréjus, St-Maxine and St-Tropez. See the spectacular Gorge du Verdon - France's Grand Canyon and try watersports at Lac St-Croix at the mouth of the gorge, or take canoes into the gorge. Sample delicious Provençal food, excellent vineyards, traditional markets and pretty medieval villages. Amazing golf courses, tennis and rambling are also close by.

Pool, terraces and garden. Swimming pool open April to October inclusive. Terraces with sunny and naturally shaded areas and glorious views over Claviers (see photo). Parasols, sunloungers, plenty of garden furniture and barbecue. Garden with olive, cypress and oak trees.

Accommodation (175 sqm). Striking entrance down an elegant staircase to the large character lounge with terracotta-tiled floors, high-beamed ceiling, sumptuous sofas and large fireplace. Spacious dining room with lovely views of the village of Claviers and the hills beyond. Kitchen has hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and utility room with washing machine. Master king size bedroom with en suite bathroom and french doors leading to terrace overlooking the pool. Second bedroom with 3 single beds. Shower room with wc. Separate  cloakroom with wc. Second lounge (or curtained-off third bedroom) with quality double sofabed.

Additional information. Tv, dvd, hi-fi and cds, books, games. Summer prices are fully inclusive of linen, towels, electricity and welcome hamper. There are no extras. Cot and highchair available on request. Saturday changeover. Sorry no pets and no smoking inside villa. Claviers has a market day, baker, grocer, restaurants, bar and PO.
