This superb country cottage, next to the ski area, lies to the edge of Crest-Voland. From the house and from the garden, you have a superb view of the Aravis-Massif and the Mont Chavin. This traditional wooden house is located in a rural position. As is typical of these country cottages you have a very wide and sunny balcony with outstanding views. You are a stones throw away from Mont Blanc with its wonderful scenery that you will never forget, sometimes called "the French Tyrol". The village is composed of chalets and cosy residences made of wood and rocks, well integrated in this natural mountain area.

In the winter, Crest-Voland has a very good snow level rate and a generous sun. With its quality alpine and nordic skiing areas, the resort accommodates a lot of sports and activities such as skidoo, paragliding, snowshoeing and dog sledging.

Entertainment on-site:	Ski area. Imagine a landscape draped in crystal, ski trails flowing like rivers of pearls and summits straining upwards like jewels to be conquered... ...its not a dream, you are at the heart of the Espace Diamant! The Espace Diamant (Les Saisies, Crest-Voland, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet and Praz sur Arly) represent already 185km of alpine slopes with the new link between Les Saisies and Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe. The final project will link 3 more ski resorts to this area: Megève, Saint-Gervais and Les Contamines. Thanks to the new Espace Diamant ski slopes (from Les Saisies to Praz-sur-Arly, via Notre-Dame de Bellecombe/Flumet), you can enjoy all that skiing has to offer. The resort gained its first lift in 1951 and has grown steadily ever since, making the link to Les Saises in 1985 to create the huge 'Espace Crystal' ski region. The "Espace Cristal" which already linked Les Saisies and Crest-Voland - Cohennoz, did give his place, last winter, to the new "Espace Diamant". From December 2005 this area has linked Notre-Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet and Praz sur Arly (about 185 km).
Garden and outside:	The cottage has a very large balcony (15m²) which has been extended to a very large sunny terrace at the south side. A very sunny nature terrace is also available in the middle of the garden.
Parking and garaging:	There is a garage available under the cottage. There are also plenty of parking spots next to the cottage.
