Easy walking distance of wineries, boulangerie, pharmacie, bar, hairdresser, Post Office, supermarket and new restaurant. Five minutes to Chateau town of Montreuil-Bellay and pretty Doué-la-Fontaine, troglodyte villages, conservation zoo and specialist rose gardens. Perfect location for cyclists, walkers, wine enthusiasts and châteaux visits. Easy reach Futuroscope, Puy du Fou and coast. Local activities include fishing, golf and horse riding.

Behind imposing gates and walls are 2 self-contained luxury apartments occupying wing of restored winemakers house, complete with chais and caves. Modernised but retaining beams and stone. Facilities include heating, equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, satellite tv, dvd, bookcases and games. We have 4 adult bikes and one childs bike, table tennis, darts and boules. Safe heated pool in enclosed garden with bbq area and furniture. Large pretty courtyard with secured parking. Wine courses and dégustations available. Also short break stays 3 nights/2 days 'Wine and Walnuts'  includes degustation and gourmet meal, during low season months of October - March.

Le Sauvignon has 2 double rooms both en suite, satellite tv/dvd, comfortable sofas, library of books, chess table, separate fully equipped dining/kitchen.

Le Chenin has 1 double room en suite, satellite tv/dvd, comfortable sofas, fully fitted kitchen. 

Le Clos Charmeur, the third apartment is outside Clos des Guyons within its own grounds plus private pool.
