This historic and luxurious 13th century manor house with plentiful and spacious accommodation, stands in 15 acres of which some are fenced and child-friendly.

At the house, there is a play area for the children, a boules rink, volley ball, badminton, short tennis and golf net. A small pitch and putt course, croquet, 12ft trampoline with safety net, basket ball net and a selection of bikes.

There is a large swimming pool with decking area and several swing chairs and seats to sit and look at the surrounding countryside. In the grounds there are fenced landscaped koi ponds and many places to barbecue.

It is possible to obtain a fishing permit for 80 Euros or less, depending on the time of year, to be able to fish in the large River Mayenne and many nearby lakes with carp at 50lbs! We have a 6 seater private boat with outboard on the River Mayenne which is also available to fish from or just to have a nice trip on the river.

In the area there are many 18 hole golf courses and tennis courts (one is free of charge approximately - 1 mile), horse riding and lots of châteaux to visit. On the Mayenne River and local lakes there is fishing, boat hire, water-skiing and sailing.

The market town of Château-Gontier with all amenities is 8km away. Le Mans is 45 mins away, where the 24hr racing is held in June. Angers in the Loire valley is 1hr away and would recommend visits to the vineyards of the local area for wine- tasting!
