"A favourite of ours, this market is held every Saturday morning around the attractive Almoradi town square and is very Spanish in flavour. Almoradi is just off the A37 motorway, north of Torrevieja. "

'Lakes/Coast'
"The residential area of El Chaparral/La Siesta is very well established and has a waterpark (open in high season), bowling and horse riding within walking distance. There are footpaths and cycle ways around the La Mata lake where you may see flamingos and other migratory birds. Just a short drive away are beautiful beaches, boat trips along the coast, several top golf courses and many more holiday activities too numerous to mention. "
