First floor apartment on Las Ramblas Golf Resort approximately 10km from the large town of Torrevieja, Spain.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. One double bedroom with air conditioning and 2 twin bedded rooms.

The American style kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.

Off the living area is a terrace with table and chairs to sit and admire the view over villas, orange groves and golf course to the sea.

All linen and towels provided. Gas, water, electricity, air-con/heating. Non smokers preferred.

Lift and stairs in building to apartment, also garage parking.

Nearest restaurant:	There are restaurants, bars, shopping and supermarkets within 5 minutes drive or 25 minutes walk away. There are also many restaurants and bars within 15 mins of the apartment.
Location and activities:	This apartment is on a golf course and 2 more are within 5 minutes. There are also several more within 30 mins distance away. Blue flag beaches are 7 mins down the road and there are many along the coast. Some busy and some very quiet, whichever you prefer. Watersports are also very close by and many of the beaches have an area for children to play on swings and climbing frames. Quite a few beaches have a small tapas bar. Equally close by are horse riding facilities and bike hire along the canal which is 3/4 mins walk away, go-karting to name a few. Barcelona is an hour away where there are theme parks. There is also a large aquapark at Torrevieja. Beautiful old cities like Cartagena and Murcia are only 40 minutes away.
Bedrooms:	One master bedroom with a large double bed and wrought iron bedside tables with lamps and fitted wardrobes. This room leads onto a small terrace overlooking the rear gardens that surround the buildings. The en suite to this room is fully tiled in marble with a large mirror over the basin.The other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds with bedside tables and fitted wardrobes in each.
Bathrooms:	There is an en suite to the master bedroom and a family bathroom complete with bath, shower, toilet, bidet and toilet. All fully tiled.
Kitchen:	The kitchen is American styled with black and white marble tile work surfaces and several cupboards for storage. There is also a dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee-machine, microwave wave, oven and hob together with a large fridge-freezer.
Dining:	The dining area has part glass table with chairs for 6 persons.
Living area:	This has 2 settees, coffee table, television, music centre and video player.
Outside:	Outside, the gardens are well kept and there is a shared swimming pool within 150 yards. This pool is fenced in and a key is required. There is a Japanese style garden which is a very pleasant area to sit.
