Holiday France Direct cannot be held responsible for any mistakes made, or misunderstandings arising in connection with the making or processing of your accommodation booking arrangements.

 

Holiday France Direct will assume no responsibility for errors or omissions by the advertiser or any claims made against the advertiser.

 

We are confident that you will enjoy your holiday but if you do encounter a problem then you must raise this directly with the advertiser or their representative as Holiday France Direct can accept no responsibility for complaint resolutions.  Please note that Holiday France Direct does not inspect the accommodation advertised on this site,

 

We advise you to confirm with the owner of the property that they are compliant with legislation and regulations relating to the property eg. approved safety barriers on exterior in-ground swimming pools.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND TRAVEL WITH

BRITTANY FERRIES

 

Your reservation will be subject to Brittany Ferries’ booking conditions and subsequently, conditions of carriage, which are not reproduced on this site.  Terms and conditions are available at brittanyferries.com and we recommend you read them before booking your travel. If you cannot access Brittany Ferries website, simply call 0871 244 0444 and one of our team will be happy to send you a copy. In any event the relevant terms and conditions will be sent with confirmation of any booking made. If there is anything about the terms and conditions which you do not understand, then your concerns must be raised with us within 5 days of receiving your documents or before your travel, whichever is the earlier. Please note that by choosing to travel you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and accept them to be both fair and reasonable.

 

The terms and conditions limit Brittany Ferries’ liability, and that of any other carrier or service provider involved, in the unlikely event of problems or unforeseen circumstance. These limits are created by the terms themselves and by various International Conventions relating to both the carriage of passengers, their vehicles and other possessions. The ferry terms and conditions contain further details.

 

When you book, we will ask you for a deposit payment to secure your booking, or deposit and balance payment if you are travelling within 46 days. A charge is made for the use of all cards except UK debit cards.

 

You may change your reservation for example: an alternative date or change of vehicle details although a premium may be due if the alternative itinerary attracts a higher tariff. An amendment fee is payable for any change to your booking made in addition to any price increase that may apply. 

 

Should you wish to cancel your booking then, where a refund is appropriate, it will be provided on the scale shown below:

Promotional fares (including Spanish mini cruises and 24 hour returns) are non-refundable and attract the specific payment terms, conditions and amendment fees detailed in the promotion.

 

All sailings are subject to availability.  The information shown on this site supersedes any which has been previously published.

• Any prices shown on this site are correct at time of publication; however, they are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or varied without notice throughout the year.

 

• Certain fare types are only available with specific conditions, such as they are return only fares.

 

• On overnight sailings to France and on the Spanish service, a cabin or reclining seat must be pre-booked whilst availability remains. 

 

• Vehicles and passenger space plus on-board accommodation are subject to allocations, and may not always be available with certain fare types.
