Provence is the oldest wine-producing region of France and, in addition to its many attractions, you can also discover some beautiful wine routes. Just north of the Camargue is the delightful vineyard of Mas Ste Berthe. Located 2km south of Les Baux-de-Provence, you will find an excellent walk through the vineyard with plenty of signs explaining the stages and seasons of viticulture. For a tour by car, follow the Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence wine route which takes you on a 100km circuit through 11 villages in the Aix region between the Etang de Berre and the Durance River.
