Will it be the Champagne houses, the Loire Valley wine producers or the classics of Burgundy, Beaujolais and Bordeaux?
French wine tasting holidays are sure to have a food focus as, quite naturally, each region's food and wine complement one another. Pinot Noir, for example, is the perfect accompaniment to Burgundy's traditional dishes - boeuf bourguignon and coq au vin - whilst the Loire Valley's game and fish dishes are great with locally produced Cabernet Franc.
